Cancellation Policy

“A picture is worth a thousand words, but a video is worth a million.” At Twelve Twenty One Productions, we don’t just capture content — we preserve legacy. To ensure a smooth and intentional experience, please review the following policy before booking. 🔐 Booking & Retainer A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and begin pre-production or planning. No booking is confirmed until the retainer is received and a signed agreement is on file. Remaining balances are due 48 hours prior to your session or event date. 📆 Scheduling & Rescheduling Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance unless otherwise approved. One reschedule is allowed with a minimum 72-hour notice at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 72 hours may result in a $100 rescheduling fee. Emergency exceptions will be considered with compassion and integrity. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they reserve your date and cover prep time. Full payment is required once services begin. No refunds will be issued for partially completed projects. If Twelve Twenty One Productions must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. 🛠️ Turnaround Time Photos: 2–3 weeks Short Films / Social Reels: 3–4 weeks Legacy Documentaries: 6–8 weeks Expedited editing is available for an additional fee (starting at $300). You will receive a digital proof or preview before final delivery. 🎥 Creative Direction By booking with us, you trust our creative process and legacy-driven storytelling style. While we welcome collaboration, we retain full creative control over the editing and direction unless otherwise agreed. Additional edits beyond agreed deliverables may be subject to a revision fee. 🌍 Travel & Location Travel within 30 miles of our base location is included. Travel beyond 30 miles is billed at $0.65 per mile or flat travel fee starting at $150, depending on distance. Lodging may be required for multi-day or destination projects and will be discussed prior to booking. 📸 Media Usage & Copyright Twelve Twenty One Productions retains creative rights to all work for promotional, archival, and portfolio use. Clients receive personal-use rights to share, print, and download their media.
